Damn Yankees
Vanguard presents Damn Yankees. Middle-aged baseball fanatic Joe Boyd trades his soul to the Devil for a chance to lead his favorite team to victory in the pennant race against the New York Yankees. Based on the novel by Douglas Wallop The Year the Yankees Lost the Pennant, the show is a devilishly delightful baseball loving musical evening.

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog is a 2008 musical tragicomedy miniseries in three acts, produced exclusively for Internet distribution. Filmed and set in Los Angeles, the show tells the story of Dr. Horrible, an aspiring super villain; Captain Hammer, his nemesis; and Penny, their mutual love interest.

Humphreys Concerts by the bay presents iconic band Chicago. Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in five decades. In Billboard magazine’s recent list of Top 100 artists of all time, Chicago came in at No. 13, the highest charting American band. Lifetime achievements include a Grammy Award, multiple American Music Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a Chicago street dedicated in their honor and keys to and proclamations from an impressive list of U.S. cities. An incredible 25 of their 32 albums have been certified platinum, and the band has a total of 47 gold and platinum awards.

Come alive with Peter Frampton
Don’t miss what is sure to be an unforgettable evening as Grammy Award winning artist Peter Frampton performs highlights from his Grammy winning career as well as the entire Frampton Comes Alive album. Lucid Dreams is a new exhibition taking place at the Noel-Baza Fine Art Gallery featuring 40 original art pieces created by a special group of emerging artists who celebrate the world of fine arts with comic, graphic, street, high and low art forms and mediums. Lucid Dreams marks the 11th fine art installation by San Diego based publisher, designer and filmmaker Mark Murphy.
