Live music returns with a bang this July to one of San Diego’s most iconic music venues, The Lafayette Hotel’s Mississippi ballroom, with Rock the Boulevard.
The weekly event showcases some of the best of San Diego’s music scene every Friday night.
The El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association has announced the lineup for the series of concerts taking place between July 1 and the end of the month:
• July 1: Geezer with Rio Peligorso
• July 8: The Very with Bagdad
• July 15: Tropical Popsicle with Roxy Jones
• July 22: Miss Erika Davies with Roy Rapid and The Rhythm Rock Trio
• July 29: The Amandas with Stephen Rey and The Slicks
Tickets are $10 at the door, $25 for all five nights. The Lafayette Hotel is located at 2223 El Cajon Blvd. Doors open at 8 p.m., music begins at 9 p.m.
