San Diego Pride announced this year’s complete festival entertainment lineup today, with iconic female hip-hop group Salt-N-Pepa and comedian Ross Matthews among the top talents scheduled to take the stage.

The LGBT Pride festival is scheduled to take place July 16-17 in Balboa Park. On Saturday, July 16, crowds at the Main Stage will enjoy performances from Selene Luna, headlining comedian Margaret Cho, recording artist Kristine W and local San Diego group Danielle LoPresti and the Masses. Award-winning Latin artist Toby Love will perform rhythm and blues-infused rap music Saturday on the festival’s Rainbow Stage.

On Sunday, July 17, Main Stage acts will include headliner Salt-N-Pepa (the legendary duo composed of Cheryl James and Sandy Denton), Grammy-nominated rhythm and blues artist and former “American Idol” contestant Frenchie Davis and the Midwestern hip-hop duo God-Des & She.

This year’s San Diego gay and lesbian Pride event will include additional performance stages, exhibitions and attractions in addition to the Main Stage and Rainbow Stage acts.

Tickets for the Festival can be purchased in advance at discount prices ($15 per day or $25 for both days) at www.SanDiegoPride.org. After June 30, tickets are $20 per day or $30 for the weekend. On both days of the festival, tickets purchased at the gate after 6 p.m. are $25.
