Live and Let Live Alano Club (LLLAC) hosts an LGBT Benefit on Friday, May 13 at The Center (3909 Centre Street in Hillcrest). Tickets are $50.
The event includes dinner, a concert, dancing and a silent auction. Doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner is served at 7 p.m.
Headlining the fundraiser is Sue Palmer, San Diego’s queen of Boogy Woogie. The benefit also features special participation by Diversity Dance Sport, a dance and social club.
LLLAC’s mission is to provide a safe haven for LGBT people to pursue 12-step recovery from addictions in a safe, welcoming and all-inclusive environment.
