USD Pride has declared April as LGBT Awareness Month at the University of San Diego, according to the group’s president, Joseph Rocha. Activities for the month include:
April 1
- Graduate Theater Dept. presents Dear Harvey in the Studio Theater, 7:30 p.m.
April 5
- LGBT Awareness Lunch and Panel, United Front Multicultural Center,1:30 p.m.
April 6
- Monsignor Dan visits USD Pride, Student Life Pavilion 418, 7 p.m.
April 12
- LA Mission Screening and panel with Director, SOLES, 6 p.m.
April 13
- Boys Don’t Cry, 7 p.m., followed by MASS dedicated to victims of hate crimes with an open invitation to the LGBT community
April 15
- Campus-wide Day Of Silence cow
April 17
- “Jailed at the Rail” Non Profit Fundraiser
April 27
- President Mary Lyons will visit Pride, 7 p.m.
