April is LGBT Awareness Month at University of San Diego

USDUSD Pride has declared April as LGBT Awareness Month at the University of San Diego, according to the group’s president, Joseph Rocha. Activities for the month include:

April 1

  • Graduate Theater Dept. presents Dear Harvey in the Studio Theater, 7:30 p.m.

April 5

  • LGBT Awareness Lunch and Panel, United Front Multicultural Center,1:30 p.m.

April 6

  • Monsignor Dan visits USD Pride, Student Life Pavilion 418, 7 p.m.

April 12

  • LA Mission Screening and panel with Director, SOLES, 6 p.m.

April 13

  • Boys Don’t Cry, 7 p.m., followed by MASS dedicated to victims of hate crimes with an open invitation to the LGBT community

April 15

  • Campus-wide Day Of Silence cow

April 17

  • “Jailed at the Rail” Non Profit Fundraiser

April 27

  • President Mary Lyons will visit Pride, 7 p.m.
