Former SNL star and 30 Rock creator Tina Fey fielded a string of “what if” questions during Andy Cohen’s gay quiz at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York.
According to New York Magazine’s Vulture blog, Fey teamed up with Cohen, the openly gay host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live program, to put on an animated game of Fey on Gay at Saturday’s awards show.
Most notable among Fey’s responses was her assertion that, were she ever to come out as gay, she would do so at the Super Bowl.
“I would say either halftime at the Super Bowl would be good, or also it might be kind of weird to do it in the middle of the in-memoriam at the Oscars,” she explained.
The comedian’s other “gay favorites” included actor Sean Hayes, whom she described as “the exact mix of adorable, Irish, and gay that confused me my entire high-school career,” and Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman – the only gal who could, in Cohen’s words, compel Fey to “dive in the lady pond.”
