The Irish Congress of Southern California (ICSC) presents its 31st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival this Saturday, March 12, 2011. The theme of this year’s parade will be “Irish Culture.” The dedication and commitment of the volunteers that comprise this organization have made this Festival a reality.
The Parade activities will begin at 10:00 am in Balboa Park, San Diego, and the Parade itself will begin at 10:30 am from Fifth Avenue to Juniper Street. The Parade consists of over 150 participants, from Marching Bands and Floats to dancing groups and roller skaters.
