Happy Valentine’s

My sweet valentine.

Happy Valentine’s to all my lovers out there! Don’t be depressed if you don’t have one, I am here for you. I know a lot of us freak out over this silly day. Just remember that you can always find a temporary one just for the week. And those are better, just use them and toss them. Don’t do what I usually do, which is dump them before I realize that they are not good enough to be my Valentine. It’s almost impossible to please a hopeless romantic like me. But hey, it’s not every day that a nutcase like me shows up in your life. Here are some ideas for this coming week.

Are those jeans painted on you?

Last weekend, I had the urge to go up to LA to pick up my new laptop, and then have a night out with my friends. We went to the Factory for Super Cherry Pop and I had a blast.

The best part was the music. It was so nice to listen to some old pop songs and not the same dance songs played over and over in all the other clubs. Maybe that’s what we need here, just a fun pop night.

Before I headed up to LA, I stopped at Rufskin to get something to wear. Oh my! I’ve always been a fan of their line and I’ve known Doug and Hubert for way too many years to count. Their jeans just fit me like gloves, but this pair was the talk of the night at the Factory. You know how those LA queens are. If it’s not D&G or some other name brands, then it’s not good enough for them. I had people telling me, “Wow, those are the best looking jeans in here tonight; they look like they are painted on you.”

I couldn’t breathe and my “jewels” were squeezed in there but, the things you do for fashion! With that said I strongly suggest you stop by and take a look at their stuff. You may find something for your loved one, or trick of the week.

Missiles coming your way!

This past week I also came across some interesting line of toys. I do have to say, that as we progress in time, we are all getting more and more creative.

One line features military themed toys like the Dirk Yates A-10 (ass torpedo) and Dirk Yates AM-80 (ass missile). So if your Valentine is in the military, then you are going in the right direction to make him explode, if you know what I mean!

Now if your Valentine is more of a manly man then the Hardware line is better fitting. This line feature toys that resemble tools, nuts, bolts and screws. A good example is the Hexagonal Nut with vibration or the Silicone Drill Bit. I will leave it up your imagination on how to drill your Valentine’s heart.

Who would imagine that you could be a walking torpedo with a vibrating nut around your jewels? Fun stuff!

Get yourself or him ready for it!

DJ Nikno spins Feb. 12 for Voltage.

Yes, it’s been nice and sunny in San Diego and I am so grateful for it. Sad to think that while I was bike riding out in the sun this week at Crown Point, there are people with no power and a freaking snowstorm coming their way. But it was still cold out and I decided to start tanning again.

I went to AZ tanning (1040 University Ave., Suite 213) and they are fantastic. Great beds, friendly staff, good music and even club lights outside. They have great prices for the monthly plans. I tried this hydrating spa that is wonderful after a night of drinking. It sucks all the bad stuff out of your system. The red light therapy bed was also a trip. Very futuristic and relaxing. Every time is relaxing as it is my nap time for the day. I always pass out while tanning.

I also had my chest and stomach done at Parmer Skin (3919 Fourth Ave., Suite C) and it was a good experience.

So now, I am all ready for my Valentine! These also make great Valentine’s gifts.

Good and bad

I finally caught up again with the movies. I went to The Rite with Anthony Hopkins and the movie was predictable and dragged for a while, but later had me jumping off my seat a couple of times. I also went to Black Swan and it was good and weird at the same time. It was one of those movies that when you look at the person next to you and he looks as confused as you. Definitely a good movie for my fellow lesbians. Lots of hot scenes with the two hot girls going at it. In general it was a good movie.

Get charged up with Inaya Day

Saturday, Feb. 12 is Voltage Rewind at Rich’s. DJ Nikno will be spinning all the top Voltage hits from the last four years. Live performance by recording artist Inaya Day. She will be singing her top Billboard dance hits including “Nasty Girl,” “Horny” and “Movin Up.” See you there!

Also that same night they are having the Bitter Sweet Show at 6 p.m. at Numbers to benefit the Community Easter Egg Hunt. I was part of the Easter Egg Hunt last year and we had more than 600 kids. If you would like to get involved contact me at doubleeagleroyalty@gmail.com.

Don’t forget to stop by House Boi for their Red Hot event, Feb. 11, 6-9 p.m. This scorching event features DJ John Joseph, Svedka hosted bar, hot models and go-go dancers, haircuts by Valentino of Beverly Hills and massages by David Feiling.
